Thames Valley Police Community Partnership Intelligence Portal

The police rely on information from our partner organisations to understand both local and wider issues. Crucial information may fill gaps in understanding and link other pieces of information together to build a picture of a situation or issue.

You will be familiar with reporting a crime or statutory safeguarding concern about a particular person through our normal reporting channels such as MASH. In addition your organisation can now also share other non-urgent information in a safe and direct way via our community intelligence portal: Share Community Partnership Intelligence | Thames Valley Police

This will be relevant where you would not otherwise have contacted the police as your information may help with investigations or inform police actions. This includes information that relates to, but is not limited to:

  • child abuse, sexual or criminal exploitation;
  • community tension;
  • drugs and county lines;
  • gang activity;
  • modern slavery, exploited or trafficked;
  • sexual offending;

Thank you for your continued commitment to safeguarding children across the Thames Valley.
